Returns

We get it.  Sometimes you need to return your purchase.  That's why we offer hassle free returns within 30 days of the order being delivered.  However all orders that have been delivered for 30 calendar days or more are final.  

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.  Used items, or items not in original packaging and condition will not be accepted for return.  Some products, like digital downloads, are exempt from being returned.  

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  This receipt would have been emailed to you when you purchased the item.  

    Some items are shipped directly from our print shop to you, while others may come from our warehouse.  Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the return label.  We will provide a return label and address should you need to return anything.  


      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you if your return meets the return criteria and is eligible for a refund.  If it is, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  You can expect to see this refund on your payment method within 10 business days.  


      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. If you're still not seeing things right away, we recommend contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and visible on your statement.  Additionally, it may be worth contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@znacreative.com.


      Sale items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  All sale items are final sale.  


      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@znacreative.com and we will provide further instructions for exchange.


      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


      Return Shipping

      Should you need to ship an item back to us, let us know and we can prepare a return shipping label for you.  While shipping costs would generally be your responsibility, ZNA Creative will at our discretion, pay for return shipping from time to time.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75 and are using your own label or shipping service, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if an unreliable shipping method is used.
