What paper options are there for prints?
We offer two paper options for our art prints; 250 gsm Satin Matte photo paper, and 308 gsm Hahnemuehle cotton photo rag paper.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most of our products are made to order. Production usually takes 1-4 business days, and shipping takes 2-7 days, depending on your location. All shipping methods include tracking.
Where do you ship to?
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Canada or the USA is a flat rate of $9, regardless of order size. Orders over $99 shipping to Canada or the USA ship free.
Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of $20.
I haven't received a tracking number. Has my order shipped?
Printing of the artwork and assembly of the frame can sometimes take up to 5 business days. If it's been longer than 5 business days since you placed your order, and you haven't received a tracking number, send us an email and we'll help get it sorted out.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Ontario, Canada. Some apparel products may be shipped directly from our printing partner in California; but all art prints are produced and shipped from Canada.
I live in Ontario, can I pick up my order in person?
Does it come with a return label?
What if it arrives damaged?
Take some photos of what you received, and contact us as soon as you can. We'll provide further instructions for uploading the images.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Generally, no. Some international PO Boxes can be accepted, but it's best you send over an email with your contact and shipping details before placing the order to ensure we can accommodate it.
Returns & Refunds
How do returns work?
We offer hassle free returns within 30 days of delivery, sale products and digital downloads excluded. All sale products and digital download products are final sale, and non-refundable. In order for a product to be eligible for a refund, it will need to be unused, in the original condition, with original packaging and receipt. Should you need to return a product please send us an email providing details about your order and the reason for return. We can then provide further instructions for the return.
Can I return sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. If you make changes to your order, or need to cancel, a full refund will be issued to your card. You can expect to see the refund on your card within 7-10 business days, though often much faster. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is in regards to a return, we will contact you upon receiving and inspecting your returned product. Once confirmed that the return product has not been used, is in original condition, and in original packaging, the refund will be issued back to your account. you can expect to see the refund on your card within 7-10 business days.
I was issued a refund, but I'm not seeing it on my card yet.
We estimate you'll see the refund on your statement within 7-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. If you're still not seeing things right away, we recommend contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and visible on your statement. Additionally, it may be worth contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@znacreative.com.
Can I return digital downloads?
No. Due to their nature, digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. All digital downloads are final sale.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Do you provide a return shipping label?
The package does not come with a return label, but if anything is less than you expected just let us know and we can help make it right :)
